Summer Skirts

   Did you know that the Anthropologie in our hometown sells more dresses than any other in the country? That's because in this triple-digit heat (yes, already in triple digits!), skirts are airier than shorts.  It's less fabric clinging to you, and there's the chance for a nice breeze.  This summer, I'm really loving A-line skirts with an elastic waist.  Here are a few of my colorful favorites:

   I've got my eye on the lime green skirt from LOFT - I think, with a classy enough top and maybe a cardigan too, I could wear it to work!  If not, it would be great for running around and having fun.  Watch out, though - LOFT does some major vanity sizing.  You should order down at least one, maybe two sizes.
