Fast and (Fairly) Healthy Dinner

   Eating as a college kid is all about fast and cheap.  Sometimes, it's not so easy to eat healthy!  But when I feel like getting my fruits and veggies in a hurry, I have found a meal that works for me:
Black beans, salsa (which is really more like pico de gallo), and sour cream.  Mix it all together, and voila!  Dinner (or lunch, or a big snack...)!

 This meal would be impossible without...
..."salsa" found at Martin's grocery stores.  I say "salsa" because it is pretty much just chopped tomatoes, red onions, a little bit of jalapeno, and cucumber (surprising, but very fresh-tasting!).  In my book, that's pico de gallo, but then again, I am a bit of a Tex-Mex snob.
