Have you noticed how trendy frozen yogurt has become? Self-serve yogurt spots have popped up all over the place; Williamsburg got two virtually overnight! My favorite, far and away, is Sweet Frog.
Sweet Frog has locations all over Virginia, and is expanding into Tennessee, Louisiana, North Carolina, and South Carolina! Their shops are all pink, green and turquoise - so cute! - with at least ten flavors daily and dozens of toppings. Both the yogurt and the toppings are self-serve, and you pay by the ounce.
I am a creature of habit, and I always get the same thing: "cake batter" yogurt with strawberries and kiwi (so it's healthy, right?) and white chocolate chips. Frozen yogurt is actually way healthier than icecream, so next time your sweet tooth kicks in, head to the nearest Sweet Frog!
