Five Small Ways to Treat Yourself Today

   Everyone deserves to treat themselves a little bit, especially if you're in the middle of midterms, like me.  Treating yourself doesn't have to be big - in fact, sometimes a big or expensive splurge can add more stress than enjoyment.  So here are five ways to treat yourself that you won't regret!

1. Buy yourself flowers (white hydrangeas are my favorite)


2. Try out a new kind of tea or coffee drink and/or a new coffee shop


3.  Paint your nails a wild color (my next adventurous color will be chocolate brown)


4.  Go to sleep 30 minutes early!


5.  Wear a pretty dress or skirt and twirl!
